On May 3, 2022, it was reported that Vex had been taken in custody after being accused of soliciting and engaging in sexual activity with minors, awaiting a 2nd-degree rape trial.^[20] Two months later, on July 8, 2022, he appeared in the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Office weekly Most Wanted, being on the run from the police.^[21]
