Biography[]

Vincent "VMan7" Fevola is a high elo player, his main activity on League of Legends right now is Solo Queue streams on TwitchTV. Original account, named "Vman7," has been permanently banned from League of Legends. Current main account is "ScrubPlaceHolder" as his other account, "108th Fruit", has been permanently banned. Before League of Legends, Vman7 played DotA on Warcraft III for 7 years. For the last ~18 months of playing DotA, Vman7 played in the league 'THR' (just throne it). He reached a level in the game that would allow him to go pro, but school and work obligations kept him from doing so. Made the switch to League of Legends, and has been playing since its release.

Starting in August 2012, Vman7 quit his day job to stream full-time, and shortly after made the switch from Own3d to TwitchTV, citing a better offer from Twitch. Now that it is his full-time job, Vman7 streams for incredible periods of time, streaming for over 20 hours continuously on a fairly regular basis.

Vman7 prefers to play champions that are unpopular, rather than any that are perceived to be strong or "meta" picks at the time. Many times, this has led to him having a high number of plays on a champion before it becomes popular, such as Zed (currently his most played in S3) and Evelynn. Both champions he played excessively before the S3 item/jungle revamp, and now they are among the most played champs with the highest ban rate in Platinum ELO play. [1]

Also of importance is his willingness to send just about any champion mid and play them as AP, rather than their popular roles. Of particular note are his AP Shaco and AP Mordekaiser. This willingness was a key part of Mordekaiser being discovered as a very strong AP carry, even leading to Mordekaiser being nerfed repeatedly after significant play.

Trivia[]

  • Known for streaming shirtless. In January 2013, he shaved his chest hair, leaving nothing but a 'V'
  • VMan7 is known for reviving certain heroes in the game through the most unorthodox means
  • Sings more on stream than any other player over 2000 ELO. Highlighted best by his stirring rendition of Tenacious D's 'F**k Her Gently.'
  • His favorite champion was EvelynnSquareEvelynn, but has played very little of her since Preseason 3 has started, with Evelynn currently having been played in less than 1% of his games[2]. Vman cites this as a result of her becoming popular.
  • He plays every role with the exception of support 99% of the time. As stated on his Facebook page, "Mid, AD, Jungle, or Top player. f support."
  • Very aggressive player, thrives on assassin/burst champions.
  • As a result of the current (January 2013) HP-Stacking metagame in Top lane, Vman7 has suggested that AP Warwick will start to become a top pick/ban, due to the 16% Max HP damage on his Q, Hungering Strike.[3]
