The 2021 Vietnam Championship Series Summer Season is the second split of the fourth season of Vietnam's fully professional League of Legends league as an independent region. The Summer Promotion features the 7th and 8th place VCS teams defending their spot from the 1st and 2nd place VCS B teams.

- All matches are best of five
- Winning teams qualify for the VCS Summer Season
