The 2020 Vietnam Championship Series Summer Season is the second split of the third season of Vietnam's fully professional League of Legends league as an independent region. The top six summer teams compete for the Summer Champion title.

- Top six teams from the Summer Season participate
- Top 4 teams play in the winners' bracket
- 5th and 6th play in the losers' bracket
- Double elimination bracket
- 1st seed picks between 3rd and 4th seed in Round 1
- 2nd seed gets the remaining seed not picked
- Side selection:
- Higher seed gets side selection for the first game of the match
- After the first game, the losing team gets side selection priority
- Matches are best of five
- The top two teams would have qualified for the 2020 Season World Championship, but Vietnamese teams were unable to attend the event due to travel restrictions.[1]
