The University Esports Masters 2021 (UEM) is the sixth edition of Europe's biggest student tournament.

- 12 Teams participate
- 4 teams from the European League are seeded directly into the quarterfinals.
- The 4 remaining teams from the European League and the 4 teams from the Last Chance Qualifier are seeded into the preliminary round.
- Single Elimination Bracket
- Grand Final is best of five
- All other matches are best of three
