The UK League Championship (UKLC) 2021 Spring Relegation is the first relegation of the third year of the league, currently below the NLC and above the UKEL.

- Four teams participate
- Bottom 2 from the UKLC Spring Season
- Top 2 from the UKEL Spring Playoffs (due to being a UKLC academy team, Demise Academy are ineligible, and are replaced by Viperio)
- Double elimination bracket
- Winners' Bracket Round 1 is best of three
- All other matches are best of five
- As MnM Gaming were relegated to the UKLC via the NLC 2021 Spring Relegation, but forfeited their academy team's spot, two teams will still qualify for UKLC 2021 Summer
