Biography[]
TitaN is from Manaus, Brazil. He got known in the Brazilian scene as part of the temporary lineup that played for Ilha da Macacada Gaming (later KaBuM! IDM Gaming) at the XLG SuperCup 2016. He stayed in the team officially as a sub for the CBLOL, and after the partnership between KaBuM! and Ilha da Macacada was dropped he, along with the KaBuM! IDM lineup, joined KaBuM! e-Sports. He played as substitute midlaner in his first split in the team, but the team would soon be relegated to BRCC 2017 Split 2 after being defeated by ProGaming Esports.
2017 and 2018 in KaBuM! Esports[]
After some changes to the team roster in the BRCC 2017 Split 2, TitaN roleswapped to the botlane, where he managed to win his first title and the team was promoted back to the CBLOL. In 2017, his career was a success: he won both splits in the same year with his new teammates, who included dyNquedo and Ranger, won the Rift Rivals in the same year and played in the MSI and Worlds.
2019 and joining RED Canids[]
In 2019, the CBLOL format changed, which ended up punishing KaBuM!, and the team didn't qualify to playoffs. In the second split, he joined RED Canids, a team that was playing in the BRCC, where he achieved good results despite finishing 3rd in playoffs after being defeated by ProGaming Esports.
2020 and Promotion to the CBLOL[]
In 2020, RED Canids started using a korean midlaner, Sky, and had a few difficulties in the BRCC 2020 Split 1. Having to play in the promotion series to still be able to qualify to BRCC 2020 Split 2, they managed to qualify back to the BRCC and won their first BRCC title, qualifying to CBLOL, unknown that their team would be chosen for the new franchise model anyway.
2021 and 2022 splits[]
In the CBLOL, they had a ok run after finishing 3rd in regular season and fourth in Playoffs. After changes in the playoffs of the second split that added Grevthar, a rookie academy player, to substitute Avenger, they managed to win the second split and qualify for Worlds 2021, where they got to play against Tarzan and icon's LNG and Chovy and Deft's Hanwha Life. In the first split of 2022, his team managed to win another split, qualifying for the MSI 2022. They faced GALA's RNG twice due to their first game being remade because of ping issues, and GALA got a pentakill in both games.
2023 and joining paiN Gaming[]
After two good years, the year of 2023 was a relatively bad one considering the team's players: they finished their run in both split's playoffs quickly after being defeated by FURIA. Despite that, TitaN was needing a change of pace after all those years with the same player base and internal issues with some players. After much talk with RED Canids' owner, JP, TitaN left RED Canids, a team that he still considers until today the closest he had to a family in esports. He joined paiN Gaming in the end of the same year along with Kuri, who he had played some time before in RED.
2024 season[]
In 2024, they had a good start in the regular season, but due to the current state of teams in the tournament, paiN Gaming still had some difficulties defeating their newly emerged rival in CBLOL, LOUD, who had won 3 consecutive splits. They eventually took LOUD to a 5th game, but ended losing to the green team. The second split was a victorius, but weird one: with meta changes, the team relearned how they could beat LOUD in a BO5, but LOUD eventually was beaten first by the meta. They eventually won against LOUD in the playoffs, and TitaN's old team, RED Canids, finally put the greens to rest. The finals ended up being against the newly revamped Vivo Keyd Stars, led by the prestigious coach SeeEl, but TitaN's team had the upper hand, and defeated them in a 3-1 and qualifying to Worlds 2024. In Worlds, they reached a new milestone by finally making it out of Play In's and playing in the Swiss Stage. They ended up facing and losing to G2, T1, in which TitaN and Kuri at least managed to get the first blood against Gumayusi, and Team Liquid, which eliminated paiN Gaming from the tournament.
