The Salad Bar was a North American team.

History[]

The Salad Bar was formed by friends who would play with and against each other in high-elo games on the North American normal ladder. Made to mostly have fun with friends, the team would make an online name for themselves in the NA scene by competing and winning multiple Go4LoLs.

EHomda was also on a team with Ghoztzero before they both joined The Salad Bar.

Pre-Season 3[]

On January 4-5th, The Salad Bar competed in the chance to play in Riot's new competitive league for Season 3, the League Championship Series, playing in the live LCS Spring Qualifiers. However, the team went 0-2 in group stage, and did not win one of the spots into the league. This led to the departure of support player Impactful and AD NinjaSalad due to playing conflicts with their real life agendas. They soon picked up new members, DkBnet for the AD position and Ren Takchiki for support, who the players were friends with. Ren Takchiki stayed briefly with the team before leaving, having them to pick up ArcZSlash as their new support.

Season 3[]

The team with the new modified roster was then invited to play in the online tournament, National ESL Series Season VI in April where they went 2-5 in the group stage and were not able to advance, placing 6th in the tournament. Right after, they participated in the Summer LCS Ranked 5s Qualifier and came in 3rd, playing under the roster's alternate team ID Hedgehog Brigade, allowing them to once again try for a spot in the LCS for the summer split. TSB played in LCS Summer Promotion in May but lost to Velocity eSports in the Challenger set.

Continuing to play as a team, a few months after, the roster of The Salad Bar was picked up by Aware Gaming in June.
