Thời báo LOL Esports x Dino Rising Stars Season 2 also known as Vietnam Rising Star Season 2 is the second season of Vietnam Rising Star (VRS) and is an event in the Rising Star project organized by Thời Báo LOL Esports, a tournament organized by Dino Gaming Area and Thời báo LOL Esports. The tournament is open for registration to all teams in Vietnam or Southeast Asia if they can come to Ho Chi Minh City to participate. The tournament is open to all players, including former VCS players or VCSB players (something other community tournaments do not allow). The tournament only does not accept players who are serving a penalty from Riot Games or the Vietnam Entertainment Electronic Sports Association (VIRESA).

- All match are Best of One
- Will toss a coin to choose side
- Single Round Robin
- 2 Cybers - 4 Group (4 Team per Group)
  - The top team of each group will advance to the knockout stage
  - The 2nd place team will have to play LCQ BO1 of that Cybers to get the last ticket
