The 2021 Tempest League is the biggest League of Legends championship for Caribbean and Central American teams. The teams compete for a prize pool and the chance to fight for a spot in the LLA. It's organized by GGTech Entertainment.

Single elimination bracket
All matches are best of five
Top 4 teams from each group of 2021 Season are seeded
- Group winners receive playoff byes into the Finals
- Second-place teams receive playoff byes into the Semifinals
- Third-place teams play fourth-place teams receive playoff byes into the Round 1
