- 7th place from the TCL Winter Season plays 2nd place from the TCS Winter Playoffs
- Loser plays against 3rd place from TCS Winter Playoffs
- Winners face each other for a spot in the TCL Summer Season
- Winner of Round 1 starts with a 1-0 advantage IF they play the same opponent they beat in Round 1. IF the 3rd place teams wins the loser bracket, the series starts at 0-0
- Teams that do not qualify receive a spot in the TCS Summer Season
- Matches are best of five
