- If sold, they cannot be re-purchased and

Patch 13.4
Pro players are sometimes going Magical Footwear and selling the boots when they get them to use the gold to accelerate their mythic item purchases. This circumvents the original intent of the item (to grant you boots) so we want to bring down the power level of this particular strategy.
- NEW Used Magic Discount: Magical Footwear will now only sell for 30% of the value of boots, 90 gold. Normal boots and tier 2 boots sell value is unchanged.

Magical Footwear added to slot, Biscuit Delivery removed from slot. Perfect Timing and Magical Footwear gold contribution towards upgrades decreased. Perfect Timing sell value decreased
In the context of decreasing the amount of gold advantage this tree gives, moving Perfect Timing and Magical Footwear will force players to choose between them. We'll also be reducing the overall gold advantage both runes give individually.
