The Season 3 Latin America Regional Finals were a premier event held by Riot Games, in which the winners of the Latin American North Qualifiers and the Latin American South Qualifiers faced each other for the title of first-ever Latin American champions, and for a spot at the International Wildcard Tournament 2013.
