The Season 3 China Regional Finals is a tournament that will take place at China's League of Legends 2nd Anniversary event at Fengyun E-Sports Arena in Shanghai, China. The tournament will determine which two teams qualify for the Season 3 World Championship in Los Angeles.

- 4 teams from Top 2 teams of the LPL Spring and Summer Regular Season.
- Double elimination bracket
- Matches are best of three until grand final
- Grand final is best of five, with the team from the winner's bracket starting with a 1-0 advantage.
- Top 2 teams receives a spot for Season 3 World Championship (First place gets a group stage bye due to Chinese All-Star performance).
