Group Stage
- Teams are divided into two groups of four
- Single Round Robin
- Matches are best of one
- 2nd and 3rd place from each group qualify for Relegation Round of Playoffs
- 1st place from each group qualify for Semifinals of Playoffs

Playoffs
- Double elimination
  - Relegation Round is single elimination
- Matches are best of three
- 2nd place teams get 1-0 advantage in Relegation Round
  - Losers of Relegation Round face each other in a best of one tiebreaker for 5th place
  - Winners of teams who played each other in Upper Bracket get 1-0 start in rematches
