Biography[]
Stephen "Returned" Johnson is from Yorkville, a small suburb south of Chicago, Illinois, in the United States. Returned is mostly known for his casting work in the North American collegiate and semi-professional scenes. Recent positions with Misfits Gaming and Super Nova marked a move towards coaching and analytics positions while pursuing a Masters Degree.
In October of 2017 Returned Joined KATANA eSports as the starting Support for the 2017 Spring NACSOQ's. He left with the roster 3 months later to join Mischief Esports during their CompleteLeague season. After being demoted to the Sub Support position, Returned left the roster in May to return to his Collegiate team, Champlain College Esports.
In June of 2017 He began shoutcasting as a color commentator for Upsurge Esports alongside Opal and MadMagical while continuing to play at Champlain for the remainder of his tenure at the college. During this time Returned would also begin casting NA Collegiate with Collegiate Starleague, Midwest Campus Clash, and AVGL.
In May of 2019 Returned graduated from college and moved to Los Angeles to pursue his casting career. During this time he casted the B.I.G. League with Bloody Gaming along with the ESL Collegiate Pre-Season invitational. He also joined LEC team Misfits Gaming as an analytical tool developer during their Summer Split.
In January of 2019 Returned left Los Angeles to pursue a higher degree near his family's home near Atlanta, Georgia. Near this time, he joined Super Nova as Head Analyst as the team prepared for their 2020 competitive season alongside new Head Coach Lucien.
