The Regional Sur is the biggest League of Legends qualifier and one of the most important esports events in Latin America. The teams compete for the chance to fight for a spot in the LLA. It's organized by the Spanish Liga de Videojuegos Profesional.

- 1Diamond Doves, the runner-up of the Stars League 2022 Super Final, were also set to compete starting from the Play-In. However, they dropped out prior to the tournament due to internal issues.[1]
