The Regional Norte is the biggest League of Legends qualifier and one of the most important esports events in Latin America. The teams compete for the chance to fight for a spot in the LLA. It's organized by the Spanish Liga de Videojuegos Profesional.

- The team with the most accumulated points of the Golden League 2019.
- The team with the most accumulated points of the División de Honor 2019.
- The team champion of the Liga Tica de Leyendas 2019 National Qualifier.
- Double Round Robin.
- Each match is best of one.
- Top 2 teams will play in the Playoffs.
