Format[]

Matches are best of three
Participating teams:
- 8th and 9th placed teams of 1st Div 2021 Spring Season.
- 1st and 2nd placed teams of the two 2nd Divisions.
Seeding:
- The two 1st placed teams from 2nd Div 2021 Spring are seeded into match 1 of Round 1.
  - The winner qualifies for Prime League 1st Div 2021 Summer Season.
  - The loser "advances" into round 2 of the bracket.
- The two 2nd placed teams from 2nd Div 2021 Spring are seeded into match 2 of Round 1.
  - The winner advances into Round 2 of the bracket.
  - The loser gets eliminated from the promotion tournament.
- 8th and 9th placed teams from Prime League 1st Div 2021 Spring are seeded into round 2 of the bracket.
  - 8th placed team plays the winner of match 2 of Round 1.
