David "Phreak" Turley is a former League of Legends caster and community member who works for Riot Games. He joined Riot Games in December 2009 and was a regular caster since Season 1. In December 2022, he announced that he would be retiring from shoutcasting and would be working as a member of Riot's game designer team.
