Champion Changes
- Pulverize stun duration reduced from ~2.7 to 2.2 seconds
- Terrify fear duration modified from 1 / 1.75 / 2.5 / 3.25 / 4 to 1. 5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 / 3.5
- Drain
- Received a new particle to better express its use
- Made this spell not penetrate magic resistance
- Increased damage from 30 / 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 per second to 40 / 70 / 100 / 130 / 160 (overall damage increase vs minions, overall damage decrease vs champions)
- Double Strike percent chance to strike twice modified from 12 / 16 / 20 to 15% at all levels
- Dark Binding damage increased from 60 / 120 / 210 / 280 / 400 to 66 / 132 / 231 / 308 / 440
- Spell Flux ability power ratio reduced from 1 to 0.75 (per bounce)
- Starcall mana cost increased from 30 / 45 / 60 / 75 / 90 to 42 / 54 / 66 / 78 / 90
- Undying Rage duration reduced from 8 to 7 seconds
- Passive Furypotential crit strike modifier changed from 0.5 / 0.7 / 0.9 / 1.0 to 0.7 at all levels (he only achieves 0.7 when at 1% life)
- Fixed an issue with Gate that caused Twisted Fate to cancel his gate and attack a nearby enemy unit
- Time Bomb mana cost reduced from 90 / 105 / 120 / 135 / 150 to 80 / 95 / 110 / 125 / 140
Items
- Warden's Mail REMAKE
- No longer deals damage and stuns for 1 second. It now slows movement and attack speed by 40% for 3 seconds
- Last Whisper REMAKE
- No penetrates 33% of the defender's armor (unique)
- Reduced recipe cost from 850 to 750
- Mana Manipulator mana regeneration reduced from 9 to 8
- Mejai's Soulstealer ability power gain per kill reduced from 12 to 10
- Long Sword now properly shows that it is a component for Madred's Razors
- Fixed a bug which caused Archangel's Staff to stack
- Fixed a few minor issues with unique item stacking
- Fixed a number of tooltip bugs
Summoners
- Experience table reduced dramaticaly, your summoner will level much quicker once again
- Exhaust slow percent reduced from 50 to 40
- Teleport cooldown reduced from 4 minutes to 3.5 minutes
- Good Hands mastery death duration percent reduction changed from 7 / 14 / 21 to 5 / 10 / 15
- Fixed a bug with Clairvoyance that caused it to remain post duration ending
- Promote
- Increased bonus health per level from 200 to 250
- Increased Cleave percent from 80 to 100
- Boost now activates a 30 second duration spell shield (90 second cooldown), also removes any slows/silences/snares currently on the caster
General
- Brightened the new Mech Minions and Cannon Minions
- Corrected the collisions sizes for the new Mech Minions and Cannon Minions
- Lowered death timers from 20 / 20 / 20 / 25 / 25 / 30 / 30 / 37 / 44 / 51 / 58 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80 / 85 / 85 / 85 to 20 / 20 / 20 / 25 / 25 / 30 / 30 / 37 / 37 / 44 / 51 / 58 / 65 / 65 / 70 / 70 / 75 / 75
- Neutral minion Lizard magic resist reduced from 60 to 0
- Correctly named buildings so they will be addressed correctly when pinged
- Fixed a bug with Neutral Minions were not returning to their camp after the aggressive champion ran away.
