Champion Changes
- Infernal Guardian cast range reduced from 800 to 700
- Hate Spike
- Increased cooldown from 0.7 to 0.75
- Reduced damage from 30 / 55 / 80 / 105 / 130 to 25 / 50 / 75 / 100 / 125
- Reduced ability power ratio form 0.28 to 0.25
- Ravage armor and magic resistance reduction changed from 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 to 10 / 14 / 18 / 22 / 26
- Malice and Spite no longer auto activates. It now gives Evelynn a charge which she can use at any time (disappears with death)
- Lay Waste
- Corrected tooltip to say that it deals double damage if it hits a single target (corrected numbers in tooltip as well)
- Increased damage from 30 / 50 / 70 / 90 / 110 to 35 / 55 / 75 / 95 / 115
- Fallen One
- Can no longer be cast while dead
- Reduced ability power ratio from 0.75 to 0.7
- Wall of Pain
- Reduced cast range from 1200 to 1000
- Reduced magic resistance and armor reduction from 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 to 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35
- Reduced wall duration form 12 to 9 seconds (and it no longer lingers after the particle fades)
- Reduced cooldown from 25 to 22
- Enrage bonus damage reduced from 25 / 35 / 45 / 55 / 65 to 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60
- Spiral Blade
- Increased damage from 80 / 105 / 130 / 155 / 180 to 80 / 110 / 140 / 170 / 200
- Reduced mana cost from 80 / 100 / 120 / 140 / 160 to 80 / 95 / 110 / 125 / 140
- On the Hunt
- Reduced cooldown from 120 to 90
- Reduce movement speed boost form 35% to 30%
- Reduced attack speed boost from 30 / 55 / 80% to 25 / 50 / 75%
- Reduced duration from 18 to 15
- Removed Consecration (so Soraka will heal less, deal less damage with Starcall, and infuse less often as she levels now)
- NEW Passive: Consecration - +25 magic resistance aura
- Reduced magic resistance from 35 to 30
- Starcall damage increased form 60 / 75 / 90 / 105 / 120 to 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150
- Astral Blessing magic resistance bonus removed
- Rocket Jump ability power ratio reduced from 1.0 to 0.8
- Buster Shot ability power ratio reduced from 2.0 to 1.8

- Infinite Duress
- Reduced cooldown from 120 to 90
- Increased bonus damage from 30 / 45 / 60 to 30 / 50 / 70
Items
- Spirit Visage health regen percent reduced from 1.5 to 1.2
- Force of Nature health regen percent reduced from 1.5 to 1.2
- Abyssal Scepter
- Reduced magic resistance reduction aura from -40 to -30
- Increased ability power ratio from 60 to 70
- Lich Bane
- Reduced movement speed from 10% to 8%
- Reduced ability power from 110 to 100
- Mercury's Treads slow duration reduction changed from 30% to 35%
- Last Whisper armor penetration changed from 33% to 40%
- New component added to Wit's End - Elementium Threaded Cloak
Summoners
- Teleport cooldown tooltip changed to correctly show the cooldown as 5 minutes
- Clairvoyance
- With the recent nerf to clairvoyance being restricted by terrain, we have decided to keep them indestructible and see if they are still too powerful
- Increased sight radius from 1,650 to 2,000
- Promote
- Increased aura damage from 15 to 18
- Increased aura armor from 30 to 35
General
- All champions now deal bonus damage to buildings equal to 25% of their ability power (Note: Casters will still be dramatically worse than dps champions at destroying buildings)
- Blue Pill particle now correctly disappears upon being canceled or broken
- Team minions no longer have health or mana regeneration (this will help the game run faster)
- Cannon Minions
- Health increased from 600 to 700
- Increased spawn rate from every four waves to every three
- Increased DPS champions overall DPS by 10% by level 18 (except for Master Yi)
- Fixed a bug where some computers would have intermittent FPS hitching
- Fixed a bug where the window you can reconnect was 30 seconds, now 2 minutes
- Fixed a bug where ghost minions will no longer be present when you reconnect
