Karthus, the Deathsinger
- Lay Waste - 1 second cooldown spell which leaves a time delayed mine (deals double damage if it only hits a single target)
- Wall of Pain - Stretches a perpendicular wall through the target location, enemies who walk through it are slowed and take increased damage.
- Defile - While toggled on, Defile continually damages nearby enemies. While off, Karthus regains mana whenever he kills a unit.
- Fallen One (Ultimate) - Channeling a spell, upon successful cast Karthus damages all enemy champions in the game.
- Death Defied (Passive) - When Karthus dies, he can continue to cast spells for 10 seconds after death. If he kills a champion in this time he respawns instantly at base.
Champion Changes
- Increased base damage from 40 to 49
- Hate Spike
- Reduced ability power ratio from 0.33 to 0.28
- Increased damage form 25 / 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 to 30 / 55 / 80 / 105 / 130
- Shadow Walk stealth can only be delayed by a maximum of 5 seconds
- Ravage armor/magic resist reduction changed from 10 / 16 / 22 / 28 / 34 to 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30
- Drain
- No longer ignores magic resist
- Increased damage from 30 / 55 / 80 / 105 / 130 to 40 / 70 / 100 / 130 / 160
- Counter Strike ability power ratio increased form 0.5 to 1
- Relentless Assault now properly shows that it has an ability power ratio of 1
- Divine Blessing duration decreased from 30 to 20
- Wuju Style
- Increased mana cost from 25 to 40
- Activating Wuju Style now yields double damage instead of triple
- Increased base damage from 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 to 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35
- Reduced cooldown from 40 seconds to 30
- Visionary
- Changed the way it works froma % chance, to every 10 hits
- Now can work with Absolute Zero
- Absolute Zero recoded to make the ability power increase with the duration of the channel
- Reduced health per leve form 78 to 70
- Astral Blessing
- Changed to tick every second instead of every other second
- Reduced ability power ratio from 0.2 to 0.85 (but it occurs twice as often)
- Consecration change: Reduced duration increase from 0 / 2 /4 / 6 seconds to 0 / 1 / 2 / 3
- Infuse
- Reduced cooldown from 16 to 15
- Consecration change: Reduced cooldown reduction bonus from 0 / 2 / 4 / 6 to 0 / 1 / 2 / 3
- Trailblazer movement speed yielded slightly incresaed
- Detonating Shot ability power ratio incresaed from 0.5 to 0.8
- Buster Shot ability power ratio increased from 0 to 2
- Ambush stealth can only be delayed by a maximum of 5 seconds
- Full Automatic now deals 100% to the first target it hits and 70% to all others
- Blood Scent REMAKE
- Passively gives you sight of enemies in range under 60% life, activate to gain the movement speed boost
- Increased range from 1,200 / 1,800 / 2,400 / 3,000 / 3,600 to 1,500 / 2,300 / 3,100 / 3,900 / 4,800
Items
- NEW ITEM: Force of Nature - Top tier health / magic resist / health regen item with +1.5% health regeneration when under 50% life and a 10% movement speed bonus
- Innervating Locket mana restoration reduced from 25 to 20
- Madred's Razors are no longer unique
- Mercury's Treads recipe cost reduced from 850 to 700
- Stark's Fervor now has an additional 20% attack speed
- Warden's Mail movement speed and attack speed slow increased from 50% to 60%
- Oracle's Elixir magic sight vision radius increased from 500 to 600
- Doran's Ring
- Mana regen per 5 increased from 3 to 5
- Increased ablity power from 10 to 14
- Archangel's Staff bonus ability power based on mana is no longer unique
Summoners
- Revive cooldown increased from 8 minutes to 9
- Clairvoyance REWORK
- Decreased cooldown from 180 to 150 seconds
- Can no longer be cast inside of terrain or see over terrain
- Can now be destroyed by casting on top of opposing Clairvoyances
- Flash
- Reduced range from 900 to 800
- Changed functionality: Flash is now cast without the need of a target indicator (i.e. it is cast towers to position of your mouse pointer)
- Will automatically flash to the furthest valid range in the direction it is cast at
- No longer has a cast time
- Rally
- Made rally banner targetable (has 200 health + 25 x level)
- Increased range from 700 to 850
- Heal now scales with level, health now = 150 x 25 x level and heals surrounding allies from 66% (so it heals less early, and more late)
- Promote REWORK
- No longer has cleaving attacks
- Now has a non-stacking +30 armor / 15 damage aura
Bug Fixes
- "Don't auto-target enemies" under "More Options" should now function correctly and not auto-target on attack moves
- Fixed a bug with Consume, Smite, and other spells that would make them not castable for periods of time where they looked like they were castable
- Fixed a bug with particle scaling on bigger units
- Fixed attack-move so that it always continues to move to the end of the attack move after enemies have been enagaged, until a new order is given. Updated Master Yi bot to match new design.
- Fixed a bug where attack commands would get lost
- Fixed a bug where the game would not properly exit when user used Alt+F4
- Made misc fixes that will help targeting minions (especially those in between other minions)
General
- Optimization and Performance Improvements on most PCs
- Removed brackets from champion passive information
- Fixed a few tooltips such as Bantam Trap, Blinding Dart, Unbreakable Will, etc
- Units such as Bantam Trap and Rally Banner should die faster
- Increased max cooldown reduction from 35% to 40%
- Fixed misc spelling errors
- Increased Neutral Monster respawn time for 90 seconds to 120
- Increased inhibitor respawn times from 6 minutes to 7
- Baron Nashor no longer resizes when you engage him
- Stealth
- Can only be dealyed for a maximum of 5 seconds
- No longer breaks upon using consumables
- Summoner Spells no longer break stealth
- Increased the minimum amount of gold you obtain for slaying a champion from 40% to 50%
- Decreased the maximum amount of gold you obtain for slaying a champion by 12.5%
- Reduced all champion base health regeneration by 10%
- Gave all non-Epic monsters with 500 or more health, -20 magic resist. (Spells now deal approximately 25% bonus damage)
- Red and Blue Cannon Minions now have turret shield (recieve 50% reduced damage from turrets)
- Red and Blue Cannon Minions now deal 100% bonus damage to turrets
