Champion Changes
- Volley
- Fixed particle bug
- Made cone reticle match closer t the way the arrows spread
- Accumulate Wealth
- Reduced bonus gold from +2 / 4 / 6 / 8 / 10 to +1 / 2 / 4 / 6 / 9
- Added toggle spell glow
- Changed name to Plentiful Bounty
- Increased damage on Dark Wind to minions from 120 per bounce to 135
- Changed damage type of Drain to make it work like other abilities of its type
- Modified Terrify's duration from 2 / 2.5 / 3 / 3.5 / 4 to 1 / 1 .75 / 2.5 / 3.25 / 4
- Black Shield
- Reduced duration from 4 / 6 / 8 / 10 / 12 to 2 / 4 / 6 / 8 / 10
- Made instant cast
- Modified the slow percent on Mega Adhesive from 20 / 35 / 50 / 65 / 80 to 30 / 42 / 54 / 66 / 78
- Toxic Shot damaged per tick reduced form 10 / 18 / 26 / 34 / 42 to 7 / 14 / 21 / 28 / 35
- Made Noxious Trap magic immune
- Fixed an issue with Rapid Fire which caused unnecessary lag time when casting the spell
- Fixed a bug with Infinite Duress which caused it to do 20% of Warwick's damage instead of 33%
- Made Time Warp instant cast
- Chronoshift
- Duration changed from 30 / 60 / 90 to 45 at all levels
- Cooldown changed from 180 / 150 / 120 to 160 / 140 / 120
- Changed healing mechanic from percent based to restores 500 / 750 / 1000 health
- Increased bonus ability power form 0.2 to 3.0
- Changed to instant cast
Summoner Spells
- Rally
- Made the banner invulnerable/untargetable
- Reduced duration from 30 to 20
- Reduced range from 1200 to 700
- Reduced % health regen per second from 4% to 3%
- Clairvoyance - Reduced duration of sight ward from 8 minutes to 6 minutes
- Exhaust - Reduced cast range from 650 to 550
- Smite - Changed damage from 600 to 575 + 25 x your level
Items
- Rejuvenation Bead - Increased cost from 200 to 250
- Regrowth Pendant
- Increased cost from 400 to 450
- Reduced health regeneration from 4.4 to 4 per second
- Wit's End
- Reduced mana burnt from 45 to 35
- Increased cost from 500 to 600
- Reduced duration of Elixir of Fortitude, Elixir of Agility, and Elixir of Brilliance from 5 minutes to 4 minutes
- Elixir of Fortitude health bonus reduced from 500 to 350
- Health Potion - increased cost from 30 to 35
Miscellaneous
- Misc tooltip fixes
- Updated the following champions recommended items: Annie, Ashe, Singed, Zilean, Morgana, Fiddlesticks, Master Yi, Alistar, Ryze, and Nunu
- Death bounties give slightly more gold for killing high kill streak players, and slightly less for death streak players than previously
- Super Minion
- Armor reduced from 50 to 40
- Reduced critical strike chance from 10 to 0
- Reduced health from 4000 to 2500
- Increased damage from 150 to 250
- Increased attack particle speed of Turrets from 914 to 1200
- Decreased Neutral Minion attack speeds
- Health / Mana no longer gives you additional health / mana regeneration, however we have compensated for this change in such a way that you will retain the same regen values so long as you do not purchase additional health / mana items
- Marked items that had unique effects as Unique
Bug Fixes
- Fixed neutral minion camps having their minimap icon disappear when an enemy in the fog of war kills it
- Fixed issue with characters sometimes deforming and "turning 2d" when casting spells
- Fixed errors with slow
- Removed Baron Nashor's buff from the Dragon
- Removed misc particles from Teemo's Noxious Trap
Gameplay
- Changed the math bonus for gold/penalties for killing champions on kill/death streaks. Resulted in incresaed gold for killing players with high streaks, and decreased the penalty
- Doubled base gold gained for killing a champion
HUD
- Holding down the spacebar will now lock your camera to your hero until you release it
Additional Notes
- Fixed some server side crashes
