Champion Changes
- Unbreakable Will
- Increased duration from 5 / 10 / 15 to 10 / 15 / 20
- Added +80 damage
- Added a charging component to Headbutt, incresaing its range from 200 to 650
- Increased attack range from 100 to 125
- Increased the damage on Enchanted Crystal Arrow from 250 / 425 / 600 to 350 / 550 / 750
- Increased damage dealt to champions on Dark Wind from 120 per bounce to 135 (it still deals 120 to minions)
- Increased Terrify cooldown from 12 to 14
- Drain
- Decreased range from 500 to 450
- Decreased break range from 800 to 700
- Intervention
- Duration reduced from 5 seconds to 4
- Changed mana cost from 80 / 60 / 50 / 20 / 0 to 80 at all levels
- Increased cooldown on Meditate from 50 seconds to 60
- Increased bonus damage on Alpha Strike from 50 / 125 / 200 to 150 / 250 / 350
- Increased ability power ratio on Tormented Soil from 0.2 to 0.3
- Increased attack speed on Cannibalism from 30% to 45%
- Decreased damage block on Feel No Pain from 30 / 45 / 60 to 30 / 40 / 50
- Reduced bounces on Ricochet from +2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 to +1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5
- Astral Blessing
- Reduced duration from 16 to 12
- Increased bonus armor from 20 to 30
- Increased ability power ratio from 0.12 to 0.2
- Increased healing from 10 / 18 / 26 / 34 / 42 to 14 / 22 / 30 / 38 / 46
- Wish
- Increased ability power ratio from 1.0 to 2.0
- Reduced cooldown from 150 / 110 / 60 to 120 / 90 / 60
- Infuse mana restoration increased from 40 / 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 to 50 / 100 / 150 / 200 / 250
- Toxic Shot is now a passive skill
- Move Quick no long slows you upon being hit (it does still remove haste buff)
- Blinding Dart now causes your opponent to miss a set number of attacks instead of increasing their miss percentage
- New Passive: Trailblazer: Teemo leaves a trail as he moves, increasing the move speed of allies and granting him sight radius of the area for an extended period of time
- New Ultimate: Noxious Trap: Teemo places a trap which, when triggered, will poison surrounding units, slowing and damaging them for the duration.
Neutral Minions
- Increased base damage from 400 to 500
- Increased armor from 100 to 120
- Decreased global gold granted from 500 to 400
- Added a global buff to the team that kills Baron Nashor, 'Exalted with Baron Nashor', which increased your champion's damage and ability power by 60
- Decreased knockback on Sweeping Blow from 1,000 to 750
Neutral Minions
- Increased neutral minion attack speed
Summoner Spells
- Ghost
- Reduced duration from 25 to 15 seconds
- Increased movement speed bonus from 22% to 28%
Items
- Warmog's Armor
- Increased recipe cost from 765 to 1,025 (total cost from 2,740 to 3,000)
- Added a cap to bonus health / regen of +400 health and 50 health regen per 5 seconds
- Modified healthpoint gain per kill from 5 to 4 (25 to 40 on champions), and regen per kill from 0.05 to 0.1 (0.5 to 1.0 for champions)
- Sunfire Cape
- Increased aura damage from 40 to 50
- Decreased cost from 900 to 600
- Mejai's Soulstealer
- Increased ability power form champion kills from 5 to 12
- Added a cap of +120 ability power
- Spirit Visage
- Increased cost of recipe from 250 to 500
- Mad effect unique, having multiple Spirit Visages will not stack their passive ability
- Increased Archangel's Staff bonus ability power from mana from 2% to 2.5%
- Updated 'Growth' item tooltips to represent their max caps
- Updated Elixir Tooltips
- Made Elixirs persist through death
- Added tooltip to Phantom Dancer
- Made Glacial Shroud effect unique, having multiple Glacial Shrouds will not stack their passive ability
- Made Infinity Edge effect unique, having multiple Infinity Edges will not stack their passive ability
Miscellaneous
- Updated animations for Morgana's Dark Binding and Ashe's Volley to make them easier to use
- Your spell cooldowns can never be reduced below 70% (from 5%)
- Fixed a number of tooltips
- Decreased base towers health from 2,400 to 2,000
- Decreased dampener and outer tower health from 3,600 to 3,200
Bug Fixes
- Fixed channel bug with Drain, Absolute Zero, Infinite Duress, and Dark Binding where damage / effect would continue if the channeling unit died
- Fixed channel bug with Drain, Infinite Duress, and Dark Binding which threw up errors if the target dies while you are channeling
- Fixed Warwick's Infinite Duress channeling bug which would cause it to break / be breakable
- Added a buff texture to Summoner Ghost
- Fixed proper bug duration for the following champion passives: Pyromania, Double Strike, Colossal Strength, Feel No Pain, and Trailblazer
- Fixed Soul Shroud's buff type to fix an issue with its buff duration
- Assorted Lua error fixes
HUD Changes
- Neutral minion camp icons on minimap now disappear if you see them killed, and re-appear when respawned.
- Took out the "click to upgrade" button from level ups
- Can now level up skills with alt+q, alt+w, alt+e, and alt+r
- Pinging the minimap with unlocked camera will no longer move your camera to the ping location
- Fixed a bug that could sometimes make you get stuck in unlocked camera mode
- Enemy level added back to target indicator (placeholder for now)
- Ability stats made bigger, easier to read on Player HUD
- Added map scroll speed option to "More Options"
- Several improvements to make clicking on the minimap more accurate, and make it easier to go back to base via minimap
- Positions on minimap should now be more accurate
- Buff icons are 20% bigger
Gameplay
- Champions now play their full attack animation when last hitting
- Several attack animation bugs/exploits fixed with champions
- Instant cast and toggle spell sno longer interrupt attack timers
- Epic encounter now takes much longer to respawn
New Features
- New linking around unit models
- New assist functionality (gold/xp gains when assisting in a kill)
- You now receive gold for a unit you get the lsat champion hit on even if a tower or minion gets the kill
- New bounty system for killing champions
- Towers now respond with call for help to champion spells
- Minions that are aggro'd onto you will now have an orange outline
- World goes black and white when you die
- When selecting your spells in Champion Selection, you will now see the spells you have selected on the main page
- You can now see the loading bars of everyone in the game during the load screen
Bug Fixes
- Improvements to popping issues
- Fixed bug where sometimes you alt tab'd back into the game you would have a black screen with the game cursor
- Fixed a bug where canceling attacks repeatedly caused the next attack to be delayed
- Fixed the bug that made it so neutral minions would get into a state where they wouldn't attack
- Fixed a bug where neutral minions would not respawn correctly
