Ability Changes
- Molten Shield
- Ability power ratio increased to 0.2 from 0.15
- Damage to attacker changed from 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 to 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60
- Archer's Mark has been removed and replaced with Accumulate Wealth (grants 2 / 4 / 6 / 8 / 10 bonus gold whenever Ashe kills a unit)
- Focus (Passive) now charges for a max of 5, instead of 3
- Enchanted Crystal Arrow cooldown increased to 75 from 65
- Drain
- Mana cost increased to 100 / 120 / 140 / 160 / 180 form 90 / 105 / 120 / 135 / 150
- Drain amount changed to 25 / 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 from 30 / 50 / 70 / 90 / 110 per second
- Dark Wind
- Ability power ratio increased to 0.25 from 0.2
- Damage dealt to each target decreased to 80 from 100
- Crowstorm damage per second increased to 120 / 200 / 280 from 120 / 180 / 240

- Cast range changed from 625 to 600
- Damage increased to 80 per second from 75 per second

- Movement speed decreased to 35% from 40%
- Attack speed increased to 30 / 55 / 80% from 25 / 50 / 75%
- Spell Shield cooldown decreased to 30/ 24 / 20 / 15 / 10 from 44 / 38 / 30 / 22 / 14
- Ricochet
- Projectile speed increased to 1,000 from 900
- Bounce radius increased to 500 from 400
- Astral Blessing
- Mana cost increased to 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 190 from 60 / 80 / 100 / 120 / 140
- Resistance bonus removed
- Heal changed to 10 / 18 / 26 / 354 / 42 health per 2 seconds for 16 seconds
- Toxic Shot damage changed from 2 / 4 / 6 / 8 / 10 per debuff stack to 8 / 16 / 24 / 32 / 40 damage, and no longer stacks
- Scout's Bounty
- Armor reduction changed from 20 / 40 / 60 to 30 / 45 / 60
- Bonus gold increased to 100 / 140 / 200 from 50 / 100 / 150
- Basic attack damaged increased to 41 from 39
- Blinding Dart miss chance increased to 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50% form 14 / 22 / 30 / 38 / 44%
- Basic attack range increase to 500 from 350
Summoner Spells & Mastery
- Flash cooldown increased to 3.5 minutes from 2.5 minutes
- Teleport cooldown increased to 3 minutes from 2 minutes
- Spacial Accuracy talent cast time reduction decreased to 0.5 from 1
- Plentiful Bounty talent bonus gold from Smite decreased to 5 from 10
- Boost cooldown decreased to 6 minutes from 8 minutes
- Heal cooldown increased to 5 minutes from 4.5 minutes
- Menter's Faith talent increases Heal ability by 75 instead of 100
- Ghost cooldown reduced to 2 minutes from 6 minutes, and movement speed increased to 20% from 10%
- Revive cooldown reduced to 5 minutes from 8 minutes
- Preservation talent duration of Health Bonus increased to 2 minutes from 90 seconds
- Clairvoyance cooldown decreased to 90 seconds from 2 minutes, and sight range increased to 1,800 from 1,500
- Exhaust cooldown decreased to 4 minutes from 5 minutes
- Fortify cooldown increased to 6 minutes from 5 minutes
Item Changes
- The Black Cleaver recipe cost increased to 800 from 600
- Frozen Heart recipe cost increased to 1,000 from 800
- Avarice Blade recipde cost increased to 320 from 250
- Infinity Edge recipe cost increased to 600 from 200
- Cloak of Agility critical strike bonus increased to 18% from 10%
- Rod of Ages now caps after 3 bonuses
- Mejai's Soulstealer
- No longer builds Zhonya's Ring of the Mindreaver
- Recipe cost increased to 600 from 400
- Ability power per kill increased to 10 from 5
- Zhonya's Ring of the Mindreaver
- Now takes Sage's Ring instead of Mejai's Soulstealer
- Recipe cost increased to 900 from 600
- Stats changed to +550 mana, +100 Ability power, and 20% increased magic damage
- Passion's Embrace has been renamed to Philosopher's Stone
- Sheen now has a 100% chance on spell cast to cause your next attack to deal 100% extra damage (increased from 50%)
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug where Master Yi's Alpha Strike was doing too much damage and could crit
- Fixed a bug where Pyromania's Stun was too long if you proc'd it with Disintegrate
- Fixed a bug where Frost Shots slow off Volley would last too long
- Fixed a bug where the wrong icons were being used in game for Summoner Spells
- Fixed a bug where Bag of Tea was showing the wrong spell particle effect
- Fixed a bug where damage over time spells did not consistently deal the right amount of ticks
- Fixed a bug whith the particle effect of Fiddlesticks Terrify
- Fixed a bug where Pickaxe did not properly show what it built into in the shop
- Fixed a bug where Recurve Bow did not properly show what it built into in the shop
- Fixed a bug that caused Avarice Blade to generate too much gold
Tooltips
- Alistar's Headbutt - Fixed tooltip to explain that headbutt deals magic damage
- Alistar's Ferocious Howl - Fixed tooltip to explain that the health increase given is temporary. Renamed Ferocious Howl to Unbreakable Will.
- Summoner Rally - Fixed tooltip to refelct correct functionality
- Summoner Revive - Fixed a tooltip error
- Tristana's Rending Shot - Fixed a tooltip that was not properly showing the spell slows targets by 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30%
- Ryze's Overload - Fixed a tooltip error
Miscellaneous
- Tuned all recommended items in shops
- Fountain healing increased to 6.5% from 5%
- Base Inhibitor's health increased to 6000 from 5000
- Melee Minions gold bounty increased to 26 from 22
- Range Minions gold bounty decreased to 18 from 22
- Neutral Minion gold bounty increased by 50-125%
- Cast time on teleport-home (Hotkey-7) increased to 8 seconds from 4 seconds
- Minions now spawn after 1 minute, instead of 1 minute and 40 seconds
- Minions now spawn from the Nexus, instead of inhibitors
- Epic Worm encounter tuned
- Middle land Turret health increased to 4500 from 4000
- Fixed a bug where the screen would randomly jump to another champion
- A message is now displayed when a player disconnects
- Fixed some Vista compatibility issues
- Changed the side of HUD to take up a smaller percentage of the screen on higher resolutions
