Ability Changes
- Pyromania spell casts required for stun increased from 4 to 5
- Disintegrate
- Damage reduced from 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 / 280 to 80 / 125 / 170 / 215 / 260
- Ability power ratio changed from 75% to 60%
- Fixed a bug that occurred when Fiddlesticks died while channeling Life Drain
- Meditate
- Cooldown changed from 60 seconds to 50 seconds
- Channel duration changed from 10 seconds to 8 seconds
- Wuju Style
- Mana cost decreased from 5 to 4
- Damage increased from 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 to 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35
- Attack speed increased too 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 to 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35
- Alpha Strike
- Mana cost reduced from 150 / 175 / 200 to 150 at all levels
- Cooldown changed from 140 / 120 / 100 to 150 / 120 / 90
- Additionally, he now bounces to 10 / 10 / 10 targets, and damage done to champions will now scale with attack damage
- Fixed a bug where Double Strike would not work correctly on inhibitors
- Absolute Zero damaged changed from 500 / 800 / 1,200 to 500 / 750 / 1,000

- Movement speed bonus changed from 35% to 40%
- Fixed a bug where Move Quick did not toggle off properly after taking damage
- Fixed a bug where Teemo was not getting bonus tamage from items with his Toxic Shot active
- Rapid Fire
- Buff duration decreased from 14 seconds to 7 seconds
- Attack speed increased from 25 / 35 / 45 / 55 / 65% to 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 / 120%
- Cooldown reduced to 20 seconds from 30 seconds
- Draw a Beat no longer slows and is always on
- Buster Shot
- Damage changed form 325 / 465 / 675 to 300 / 450 / 600
- Cooldown changed from 100 / 75 / 50 to 90 / 75 / 60
- Mana cost reduced from 200 to 150
- Additionally, it will now push back all enemies around the target, instead of just the target itself

- Gate spell cast time changed from 4 seconds to 3 seoncds
- Destiny cooldown changed from 180 / 150 / 120 to 120 / 90 / 60 and slow effect increased from 33% to 40$, but duration reduced from 4 seconds to 3 seconds
Summoner Spells
- Teleport no longer makes the target invulnerable
- Rally
- Damage increase changed from 30% to 35%
- Ability Power increased from 15% to 20%
- Fortify Buff duration increased from 5 seconds to 6 seconds
- Haste name changed to Ghost and now allows you to walk through units
Bug Fixes
- Summoner talents now work
- Fixed an issue where it appeared you could edit the talents of other summoners when viewing their talent trees
- Fixed a bug where your summoner equipment would sometimes not get saved
- Removed the Summoner search field after you have entered a game
- Fixed a bug that caused players to lose talent points
- Fixed a bug where the Summoner Tree backgrounds were in the incorrect places
- Fixed a scrollbar issue when changing item categories on the "Equip Summoner" page
- Some summoner items have different stats than the tooltip states
Misc
- Improved movement speed tooltips on all boots
- Added icons, borders, and backgrounds for summoner items
- Added additional functional tabs on the Champion Select screen
- Summoner Detail Bars on Champion Selection are no longer randomized
