New Content
Veigar, the Tiny Master of Evil
- Entropy (Passive) - Veigar's attacks steal 5 Ability Power per strike for 8 seconds. This effect stacks.
- Baleful Strike - Unleashes dark energy at target enemy dealing Magic Damage. If a unit is killed, Veigar gains 1 Ability Power for a minion or 5 Ability Power for a champion.
- Dark Matter - After 2 seconds, dark matter falls from the sky to the target location, dealing Magic Damage.
- Event Horizon - Veigar twists the edges of space around the target location for 3 seconds, stunning enemies who pass through the perimeter for a short duration.
- Primordial Burst (Ultimate) - Blasts target enemy champion, dealing Magic Damage plus 25% of the target's maximum Mana. If Primordial Burst deals a killing blow, Veigar regains Mana.

- Pulverize area of effect increased from 300 to 330
- Unbreakable Will
- Increased damage reduction from 70% to 75%
- Now removes all debuffs on him when cast
- Cursed Touch now properly shows up as a buff
- Flash Frost damage reduced from 80 / 110 / 140 / 170 / 200 to 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 (potentially x2)
- Frostbite
- Reduced damage from 60 / 100 / 140 / 180 / 220 to 55 / 90 / 125 / 160 / 195 (potentially x2)
- Increased ability power ratio from 0.4 (0.8) to 0.5 (1.0)
- Increased mana cost form 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 to 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90
- Rebirth negative armor modifed from -30 / -18 / -6 / 6 / 18 / 30 to -36 / -24 / -12 / 12 / 24 / 36
- Infernal Guardian now dies after 60 seconds or when Annie dies
- Archer's Mark gold gain reduced from 1 / 2 / 4 / 6 / 9 to 1/ 2 / 3 / 5 / 7
- Enchanted Crystal Arrow damage reduced from 350 / 550 / 750 to 300 / 500 / 700
- Feast bug fixed cuasing the particle to display on champions incorrectly
- Counter Strike
- Cooldown reduced from 5 to 4
- Increased duration of dodge proc from 4 to 7
- Increased base armor from 18 to 22
- Increased health per lveel from 78 to 86
- Righteous Fury ability power ratio reduced from 0.5 to 0.35
- Higherlander movement speed increased form 30% to 40% (due to movement speed soft capping)
- Defensive Ball Curl armor/magic resist reduced from 50 / 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 to 40 / 80 / 120 / 160 / 200
- Increased base health from 406 to 436
- Increased damage per level from 2.7 to 2.9
- On the Hunt movement speed increased from 30% to 35% (due to movement speed soft capping)
- Consecration magic resist reduced from 20 to 16
- Move Quick no longer costs mana to turn off
- Bantam Trap ability power ratio reduced from 1.0 to 0.8
- Increased base attack range from 500 to 550 (can now get up to 730 at level 18 with her passive)
- Increased armor per level from 2.4 to 3
- Increased magic resist from 25 to 30
- Rocket Jump
- Increased damage from 50 / 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 to 60 / 115 / 170 / 225 / 280
- Increased slow duration from 2 seconds to 2.5
- Gate bug fixed that caused him to be stunned if he canceled Gate
- Pick a Card
- Now triggers cooldown after 15 seconds of Pick a Card being active, or after a red or gold card is used.
- Gold card stun duration slightly increased
- You can no longer store cards indefinitely - while you can lock a card by starting and cancelling an attack, this card will go away after the spell's duration has finished
- Wild Cards changed to be a targeted spell
- Reduced base attack range from 500 to 475
- Time Warp Haste/Slow percent increased from 60 to 65% (due to movement speed soft capping)

- Avarice Blade combine cost increased from 300 to 350
- Oracle's Elixir
- Reduced cost from 500 to 450
- Increased magical sight range from 600 to 700
- Vision Ward sight range increased from 1000 to 1100
- Doran's Blade tooltip updated
- Sheen / Lich Bane / Tear of the Goddess / Archangel's Staff now have an internal cooldown of three seconds (but they now work with all spells including Lay Waste and Hate Spike)
- Innervating Locket no longer trigger off of Blue Pill, toggled spells, etc
- Stark's Fervor bug fixed which caused it to not apply to yourself
- Zetta's Mana Manipulator name changed to Mana Manipulator

- Ghost
- Increased movement speed from 28% to 32%
- Increased duration from 12 seconds to 14
- Flash cooldown increased from 330 to 360
- Teleport will now cancel when stunned, rooted, silenced, netted, taunted, and slept
- Clairvoyance Mastery bug fixed causing it to not work
Jungle/Rune Monsters
- Ancient Golem damage increased from 100 to 110
- Lizard Elder damage increased from 90 to 110
- Dragon
- Increased health from 2780 to 2980
- Increased damage from 175 to 190
- Increased magic resist from -30 to 0
- Baron Nashor
- Spawn delayed to 8 minutes
- Increased magic resist from 0 to 35
- Increased base helath from 6760 to 7260
- Increased base damage from 500 to 550
- Exalted with Baron Nashor buff damage and ability power bonus increased from 60 to 90
- Blessing of the Lizard Elder buff changed to give attacks a 15 / 20 / 25 / 30% slow for 3 seconds instead of bonus ability power
- Inhibitor health reduced from 4500 to 4000
- Super Minions
- Reduced base health from 2000 to 1500
- Increased health scaling to reach the current values at 30 minutes (and exceed it past that mark)
- Reduced base damage from 250 to 180
- Increased damage scaling to reach the current values at 30 minutes (and exceed it past that mark)

General
- New Feature: AFK Detection added – If a player is afk for an extended period of time, the player will be removed from the game.

- New Feature: Death timers now scale up after 30 minutes, increasing death timer by 2% each minute (caps after a few minutes)
- Added Client-side turning and animation blending to smooth out unit movement
- Runes: Increased the overall value of runes by approximately 30%
- General Stat balancing
- Iterated on tooltips to make them more readable
- New Stat per level runes are now available
- Stealth Skills now have a fading transparency (new art)
- Fixed a bug where Master Yi would sometimes lose an attack order after alpha strike
- Fixed a Bug where chain missiles would end after hitting a dead target.
- Increased self-illumination on player’s champion
- Allow movement commands to work through the HUD
- Auto-attack will no longer initiate when your champion is in Brush
- Champions will now fade out when in Brush
