- Fixed a couple bugs where the stats on the Rune Page did not display or add correctly
- Fixed a bug where bots entered the game incorrectly
- Improved the look of the Buddy List window
- Added more details to an error message that displays when you fail to log into Beta
- The mastery Deadliness should now properly display its name in its tooltip.
Champion Changes
- Pulverize stun duration upon hitting the ground increased from 1.0 to 1.5
- Increased base stats to line up closer to other champions (health, hp per level, hp/mp regen, armor per level)
- Crystallize
- Increased cast range by 100
- Increased width from 200-600 to 400-800
- Flash Frost
- Increased ability power ratio from 0.4 to 0.5
- Fixed casting freeze buy (effectively increased range by 200)
- Increased chill slow duration from 2 seconds to 3
- Glacial Storm
- Removed toggle-off cast animation
- Increased ability power ratio from 0.2 to 0.25
- Reduced mana cost from 80 / 110 / 140 to 70 / 100 / 130
- Increased break distance by 100
- Rebirth
- Modified armor scaling from -20-20 to -30-30
- Rebirth cooldown now only procs after a successful Rebirth
- Feast
- Max health to consume is now a flat value of 300 / 550 / 800 (form being able to consume up to 1,000)
- Will no longer penetrate abilities like Guardian Angel, Chronoshift, Undying Rage
- Lay Waste AoE size increased from 185 to 200
- Absolute Zero ability power ratio reduced from 3.0 to 2.5
- Bloodboil attack speed increased from 15 / 25 / 35 / 45 / 55 to 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60
- Consume damage to minions/monsters modified from 800 at all levels to 500 / 600 / 700 / 800 / 900
- Defensive Ball Curl
- Added magic resist equal to the bonus armor
- Increased damage return from 16 / 20 / 24 / 28 / 32 to 24 /30 / 36 / 42 / 48
- Powerball
- Lowered detonation distance with minions, increased detonation distance with champions
- Can now be toggled off
- Is now instant cast
- Increased acceleration from 0.2 to 0.25
- Reduced mana cost from 85 / 105 / 125 / 145 / 160 to 80 / 95 / 110 / 125 / 140
- Tremors
- Increased ability power ratio from 0.2 to 0.3

- Scavenged Armor bug fixed which caused it to be removed with Guardian Angel

- Consecration no longer affects allied minions
- Bantam Trap slow percent reduced from 40 / 50 / 60% to 30 / 40 / 50%
- Move Quick can no longer be cast without sufficient mana

- Smite damage reduced from 575 +25 x level to 420 +35 x level (1,060 total down to 1,050)

- Stealth detection duration increased from 15 seconds to 30
- Increased total timer form 15 second bonus to 30
- Exhaust cooldown reduced from 270 to 240
- Promote cooldown reduced from 300 to 270
- Flash
- Cooldown increased from 300 to 330
- Reduced cast range by 100
Turrets/Dampeners
- Reduced base armor by 5 (to all turrets)
- Reduced armor bonus froma single assisting champion from 25 to 20
- Increased base turret damage to compensate
- Turret degeneration occurs earlier on all turrets
- Anti-backdooring assiting minion range increased from 800 to 1000
- Nexus Turrets
- Gave them each 8 health regen per second (Chaos used to have 5)
- Reduced health from 6000 to 5500
- Dampeners
- Health reduced from 5000 to 4500
- Reduced respawn time form 6 minutes to 5
Jungle/Rune Monsters
- Increased Rune Buff duration from 2 minutes to 2.5 minutes
- Blessing of the Lizard Elder
- Changed slow percent to 50-130 AP buff
- Modified DoT damage from 20-50 per second for 4 seconds to 15-55 per second for 3 seconds
- Crest of the Ancient Golem
- Reduced cooldown reduction from 35% to 25%
- Reduced mana regen from 2% to 1.5%
- Dragon
- Dropped AoE DoT from 20 per second over 5 seconds to 15 per second over 4 seconds
- Upped base damage from 140 to 175
- Upped level 1 health from 2450 to 3000
- Max health scales by 220 instead of 200 per player level, leading to a max health of 6740 instead of 5850
- Increased global gold from 100 to 125
- Increased respawn time from 240 seconds to 300 seconds
- Ancient Golem and Lizard Elder
- Made Lizard attack stats nearly identical to Golem (slightly faster attack, slightly less damage
- Raised base health from 1200 to 1400
- Increased level scaling from 125 per level to 175 per leve, leading to a max health of 4200 instead of 3325
- Increased respawn time from 240 seconds to 300 seconds
- Baron Nashor
- Lowered base health from 9000 to 7000
- Max health scales by 240 per player level, leading to a max health of 11080
- Increased Exalted with Baron Nashor buff duration from 3 minutes to 4 minutes
General
- Super Minions
- Increased health scaling from 100 health every 180 game seconds to 150 health
- Added a 30% multiplicative movespeed boost aura with 800 radius that affects both minions and champions
- Fixed some crash bugs
- Fixed a bug with monster leashing
