- 6 from offline qualifiers.
- 2 from online qualifiers.
- Online Playoffs:
- Teams are seeded into a double elimination, best-of-three bracket.
- Top 4 teams proceed to offline playoffs.
- Offline Playoffs:
- Double elimination bracket.
- Every matches are best of three.
