Winners from Semifinals matches qualify for PG Nationals 2022 Spring Promotion- After Mkers announced their withdrawal from PG Nationals 2022 Spring Promotion, Esport Empire was automatically promoted to PG Nationals 2022 Spring and the Promotion tournament was cancelled.[1]
