The PG Nationals 2018 is the first season of Italy's national league. It is also known as PG Nationals Predator due to sponsorship reasons.

Eight teams participate
Five teams from PG Nationals Predator 2018 Spring Season (Team QLASH Academy withdrew prior to the tournament)
Three teams from PG Nationals Predator 2018 Summer Qualifiers
Double Round Robin
All matches are best of one
Top two teams qualify directly for Playoffs' semifinals, 3rd-6th placed teams qualify for Playoffs' quarterfinals.
- Lower seed quarterfinals winner will compete against highest seed semifinal team.
- Higher seed quarterfinals winner will compete against lowest seed semifinal team.
7th-8th placed teams play in the Promotion Tournament.
