The 2024 Pacific Championship Series (PCS) is the ninth season of the new fully professional League of Legends league in Asia-Pacific. The 2024 season marks the second year partnering with the League of Legends Circuit Oceania (LCO) and the first year with the introduction of the League of Legends Japan League (LJL).

Overview

Format

  • Stage 1:
    • 8 teams participate
    • Single Round Robin
    • Matches are best of three
    • 1v1 Showdown Side Selection
    • All eight teams advance to Stage 2
  • Stage 2:
    • Teams are seeded into 2 groups of 4
    • Results from Stage 1 carry over
      • Top 4 teams play in the contender group
        • All 4 advance to playoffs, with the top 2 receiving a bye
      • 5th to 8th play in the breakout group
        • Top 2 advance to playoffs
    • Single Round Robin
    • Matches are best of three
