The Oceanic Open Ladder (OOL) is the path to qualification for the Oceanic Challenger Series. Each split lasts for 10 weeks, with cups held once per fortnight (once every two weeks). Each cup is open to any team to register.

- 5 cups, one cup every other week
- Open Registration
- Cup structure
- Teams are randomly seeded into groups of 4 or 5
- Single Round Robin groups
- Top two teams per group advance to playoffs
- Single Elimination playoffs
- Finals BO3, all other matches BO1
