Overview[]
NLB Spring is an online tournament taking place in South Korea starting in March 2012 and ending in May 2012. This is secondary league to OnGameNet's The Champions Spring. Losing teams from offline qualifiers and top non-qualifying teams from online qualifiers of The Champions Spring will participate. The tournament is aired by NiceGameTV via Afreeca and Daum TvPot. First place team will play against 4th place team of The Champions Spring in Seed Challenge for The Champions Summer's seed. 2nd through 4th place teams will get seeded into offline qualifiers of The Champions Summer. Top 3 teams will also receive Circuit Points.
Format[]
- Round of 16 is Best of One
- Round of 8 Group Stage is two groups of 4
- Full Round Robin with Best of Three matches - Top Two from each group advance.
- Remaining four teams will be in single elimination Best of Five tournament.
- In all Best of Threes and Best of Fives, the final game is Blind Pick while other games are Draft Pick.
