- Fifth and sixth placed teams from 2015 Summer Season
- First and second placed teams from Open Qualifier
- Top seeded CS team will be allowed to select their opponent from the two Open Qualifier teams
- Both matches are best of five
- Winner of each match qualifies for 2016 NACS Spring Season
