The South Regional League (Spanish: Liga Regional Sur) is one of the biggest League of Legends championships and most important esports events in Latin America. The teams compete for a prize pool. It's organized by Riot Games and Liga de Videojuegos Profesional.

- Teams are divided into two groups of three, based on seed
- Single Round Robin
- Matches are best of three
- Top two teams from each group qualify for Playoffs
