- 5th and 6th ranked teams from Liga Nexo
- 2nd and 3rd ranked teams from Circuito Tormenta
- Winner of the Tier 1 event
- Winner of Hextech Series
- In the event that any of these teams have already qualified, the next team in circuit points will replace them
- Liga Nexo Relegations:
- Both 5th place teams play eachother
- Winner requalifies for Split 2, loser moves on to Promotion Playoffs
- Both 6th place teams play eachother
- Winner moves on to Promotion Playoffs, loser is relegated
- Matches are best of three
- Both 5th place teams play eachother
- Promotion Playoffs:
- Teams from Circuito Tormenta start in Round 1
