The LTA South 2026 Promotion is the promotion event of the first year of the Americas' League of Legends South Conference, where the best teams from Brazil and Latin America South's Tier 2 leagues battle against the guest team for a spot in the CBLOL 2026.

- The guest team from LTA South
- Top 2 teams from CD Split 2
- Top 2 teams from LRS Split 2
- Seed #2 from CD and LRS start in the Play-In
- Hybrid elimination bracket
- All matches are best of five
- Winner qualifies for the CBLOL 2026 Season
