- The votes among all players will decide the participants for All-Star Match.
- The All-Star Match is BO3, blind pick for first two games, and draft pick for the final game.

- There is a vote for all rookies (defined as all players who joined LPL after the end of 2023 season.)
- Note: VicLa, deokdam and Life could not participate, they were replaced with Linfeng, Shaoye and Vampire.
