Top 4 teams in Championship Points (minus teams already qualified for Worlds 2022) participate
Matches are best of five
Round 1
- 1st seed faces 2nd seed, winner qualifies for the Worlds 2022 Main Event, loser proceeds to Round 2
- 3rd seed faces 4th seed, winner proceeds to Round 2
Round 2
- The two remaining teams face each other, with the winner qualifying for the Worlds 2022 Play-In
