The 2020 League of Legends Pro League (LPL) is the eighth year of China's professional League of Legends league. The Spring Playoffs takes the top 8 teams from the regular season and seeds them into a single elimination bracket based on their season standings. The winner qualifies for 2020 Mid-Season Invitational.

Overview

Format

  • Single elimination bracket
  • Matches are best of five
  • Top 8 teams from the Spring Season are seeded
    • 1st and 2nd seeds receive playoff byes into the semifinals
    • 3rd and 4th seeds receive playoff byes into the quarterfinals
    • Other 4 teams will play the first round of the playoffs.
      • 1st, 4th, 5th, and 8th seed will be in one bracket. The other 4 seeds will be in the other.
  • Winner qualifies for the 2020 Mid-Season Invitational
