- All matches are best of five
- Top 4 teams from each group of Summer Season are seeded
- Group winners receive playoff byes into the semifinals
- Second-place teams receive playoff byes into the quarterfinals
- Third-place teams play fourth-place teams in a weighted series (3rd starts with a 1-0 advantage)
- 5/6th place will be decided by their regular season result and regular season tiebreaker if needed.
