Top 4 teams from each group of 2016 LPL Spring Season are seeded
- Group winners receive playoff byes into the semifinals
- Second-place teams receive playoff byes into the quarterfinals
- Third-place teams play fourth-place teams in a weighted Best of 5 (3rd starts ahead 1-0)
Winner qualifies for the 2016 Mid-Season Invitational

Notes

Qiao Gu forfeited their semifinal match due to being unable to field a full roster, with none of their four mid laners being able to play.^[1] Dade had not been registered on the team's roster in time.^[2] Mortred had suffered a hand injury.^[3] Doinb had had a recent conflict with the team.^[4]^[5] Their last mid laner, BoriSal, was unable to arrive at the venue on time. AD carry Peco started as the team's mid laner in their third-place series against Team WE.^[6]
