- Top 8 Summer Season Teams participate.
- The tournament will run in 2 stages:
- Gauntlet
- 3rd through 8th seeds from Summer Season participate.
- 7th seed face 8th seed in Round 1 with the winner facing the 6th seed in Round 2.
- 5th seed face Round 2 winner in a seeding match with the winner facing the 4th seed and the loser facing the 3rd seed in the Quarterfinals.
- Quarterfinal winners qualify for the Final Stage.
- Final Stage
- 1st and 2nd seeds from Summer Season plus Quarterfinal winners participate.
- The winners of Gauntlet advance to the Final Stage, and the teams are seeded based on their regular-season standings.
- 4-team Single elimination bracket with 3rd place game.
- Gauntlet
- All matches for all the stages are Best of Five.
