- Four teams participate
- 7th and 8th placed teams from 2017 LMS Summer Season
- 1st and 2nd placed teams from 2017 ECS Summer Playoffs
- 7th placed LMS team chooses their opponent from the two qualified ECS teams
- 8th placed LMS team faces the remaining ECS team
- Double elimination bracket
- Round 1 matches are best of three
- All other matches are best of five
- Winning teams will qualify for the Spring Season
