The 2nd to 5th ranked teams in Taiwanese Championship Points will qualify (excluding the Summer Playoffs winner, who qualifies directly to the World Championship)
Single elimination tournament with seeding based on Championship Points ranks (2nd vs 5th, 3rd vs 4th)
All matches are best of five
Winner qualifies for the 2018 Season World Championship Play-In
