- Four participating teams:
- 7th and 8th placed teams from LMS Spring Season.
- 1st and 2nd placed teams from ECS Spring Playoffs.
- 7th placed team from the LMS Spring Season chooses their opponent from the ECS Spring Playoffs.
- 8th placed team from the LMS Spring Season faces the remaining team.
- Matches are best of five.
- Winning teams will qualify for the LMS Summer Season.
- All games are played on Patch V6.8 with
Taric disabled.
