- Top 8 teams from the Ranked 5s Ladder are split into two brackets.
- Double elimination, Best of One matches
- Top 2 teams of each bracket advance to the Promotion Stage.
- Promotion Stage
- Top seeded LMS team will be allowed to select their opponent from the four ranked teams.
- Each match is Best of Five.
- All matches are played on patch V5.7.
