The LJL 2019 Scouting Grounds is the first event of its kind. It serves as an opportunity for domestic players to showcase themselves and for LJL teams to sign new talent from within the Japan region.

40 players and 15 reserved players are accepted their applications

Requirements
- plays JP server
- lives Japan
- archives over diamond 3 once during 2019 season
- archives over 2 honor level
- observes the Summoner's Code
- over 17 years old
Qualifier
- 5 times each Sunday
- every games are scored by LJL teams
- 15 players qualifies the final selection
Finals
- Single round robin
- Matches are best of one
